Being advised by police officers about safety on the roads. Getting the opportunity to drive at Silverstone and getting a chance to get behind the wheel without being on the open roads. Being advised about insurance and driving lessons. The extremely relaxed atmosphere - laid back yet informative.

What to expect on the day

Give young people a head start with our young non-driver experience. Perfect for those who aren't quite old enough for driving lessons, these invaluable sessions give teenagers aged 15yrs + the chance to learn and get a feel for driving for the first time.

Starting Off

A dynamic, interactive session led by a DVSA qualified Driving Instructor/driver trainer, which looks at important safety aspects covering drink driving, mobile phones and distractions. Parents or guardians of young non-drivers can also navigate the driving process with practical advice such as how to choose a driving instructor.

Driving Lesson

Within the internal road network of the Porsche test track they will have their first driving lesson in a real environment with professional DSA qualified Driving Instructor in a car with dual controls.
There are two participants in each car and you will be out for about 1 hour.
